Fusion Anywhere is a new product from Fusion Feedlot Insights, designed to extend the power of your existing Fusion system. It gives you secure, browser-based access to your local data from anywhere in the world—without moving to the cloud, changing how you work, or compromising on security.
Built to work seamlessly with your current Fusion installation, Fusion Anywhere keeps your data on-site while making it accessible to authorized users across devices and locations. To understand what makes Fusion Anywhere unique, it’s helpful to look at the four core pillars that guide its design: Availability, Security, Privacy, and Continuity.
Availability
Security
Privacy
Continuity
This means real-time access to the information you need, when you need it. Review feed deliveries, update animal records, monitor performance metrics, or coordinate with yard staff—all from your phone, tablet, or laptop. With Fusion Anywhere, staying connected doesn’t mean staying put.
Multiple users can access the system simultaneously from different locations, making it easier to collaborate with consultants, manage multiple yards, or support off-site staff. Fusion Anywhere extends the reach of your existing Fusion system without changing how you work or where your data lives.
Your team gets reliable, browser-based access to familiar tools—with no compromise in performance or control. It’s remote access that feels local.
All communication with Fusion Anywhere is encrypted using HTTPS and other secure protocols, keeping your data safe in transit. User accounts are protected by strong password policies and two-way permission controls, so only authorized users can access your system—and only with your approval.
Your on-site server remains protected behind your existing firewall. It does not accept incoming connections from the internet, which greatly reduces the potential attack surface. Even though your team can access the system from anywhere, outsiders cannot probe or interact with your server directly—a major advantage over traditional remote access solutions.
Security isn’t just about technology—it’s about trust. We don’t take shortcuts, and we don’t compromise. With Fusion Anywhere, you can give your team the access they need without opening your system to unnecessary risk.
We don’t store your data. We don’t analyze it. We don’t sell it. In fact, we never even see it. Your information remains on-site at your yard, protected by your own infrastructure and policies. Nothing is sent to Fusion unless you explicitly authorize it—and even then, only for the purpose of securely fulfilling your request.
Many cloud providers subsidize their services by aggregating customer data to build benchmarks, market trends, or internal tools—sometimes without clear disclosure. That’s not how we operate. With Fusion Anywhere, your operational data, pricing history, animal performance records, and business decisions stay private. No one can use your data to inform competitors, shape pricing models, or influence your market.
Privacy isn’t just a checkbox—it’s a foundational value. Fusion Anywhere is built to give you access without exposure, so you can work confidently knowing your data never leaves your hands.
Your team continues using the familiar Fusion interface and workflows on-site, just as they always have. Historical data remains intact and accessible. Reports look the same. The system behaves the same. You’re simply gaining a secure, remote window into what’s already there—with no disruption to daily operations.
This means no retraining, no risky migrations, and no need to justify a full platform switch. Fusion Anywhere builds on the investment you’ve already made, letting you keep the system you trust while making it available to the people who need it, wherever they are.
In a world that’s always moving, continuity matters. Fusion Anywhere helps your business evolve without losing what makes it strong.
Fusion Anywhere brings modern, secure access to your Fusion system—without sacrificing control, privacy, or familiarity. Whether you’re accessing your data from the office, the field, or across multiple yards, Fusion Anywhere is built to work the way you already do, only with greater flexibility.
By combining availability, security, privacy, and continuity, we’ve created a system that meets the real-world needs of feedlot operations while protecting what matters most—your data, your workflows, and your business.
To learn how to request access, continue below. If you already have a Fusion Anywhere account, you can sign in here.
Fusion Anywhere is currently in invite-only beta, and we’re gradually expanding access throughout the fall. This phased rollout allows us to ensure stability as we scale, while gathering meaningful feedback from real-world use. Starting today, Fusion customers can request an invitation to join the program.
Beta participants get early access to Fusion Anywhere at no cost during the testing period. More importantly, they’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the product—helping us refine features, smooth rough edges, and set development priorities for 2026 and beyond.
To join the beta, customers must meet a few technical and participation requirements. This includes running Fusion 4.7, being open to frequent forced updates, and understanding that the beta experience may include bugs, incomplete features, or occasional downtime—even during the workday. We’re looking for partners who are not only tolerant of these realities but eager to provide proactive feedback and help us improve.
The beta program is focused on stability, scalability, and usability. We’re working to ensure Fusion Anywhere is robust, responsive, and ready for long-term use. If you’re interested in being part of this next step forward, we’d love to hear from you.
A Fusion Anywhere user is a person who can securely access one or more Fusion Server systems through a web browser. Rather than needing a separate account for every yard they work with, a user creates a single Fusion Anywhere account—which can then be connected to their local user accounts at different yards.
This connection links their Fusion Anywhere account with one or more Fusion Server accounts at the feedlot level. Each connection is mutual—meaning both the user and the yard administrator must participate in the process. This ensures that users can’t connect themselves to just any yard, and yards can’t connect just anyone to their system without confirmation.
Each local account connection defines what the user can do when accessing that particular yard. The permissions assigned to the local user’s group on the yard’s Fusion Server determine what actions are allowed in Fusion Anywhere—including what data the user can see and what tools they can use. This means users can have different roles or access levels at different yards, all managed locally.
To get started, a person creates their Fusion Anywhere account through the website. Once they’ve done that, the yard administrator can begin the connection process from within Fusion (see documentation for the User Edit window and Group Permissions window). Once the connection is verified and completed, the user will be able to access that yard’s data through their Fusion Anywhere account—all while keeping permissions and access tightly controlled.
